My card was declined?
Our payment system is very secure therefore you need to make sure that the information you are entering on our page matches your card information.
Make sure all your card information is correct, we also do not accept pre-paid cards.
Our payments are in GBPs and not USD.
My card declined, but i was still charged?
The payment failed and you see it taken from your bank but it is in a pending state, the money will be returned to your account when the bank releases it.
Where do i find my cheat key?
You can find your key here: PURCHASES - GAME CHEATS
Click "manage" on your purchase and the key will be displayed at the top.
I need support what should I do?

How long till i am up and running?
Our instructions are straightforward and easy to follow. In fact, we even have video guides for certain products where we walk you through each step. If you follow the instructions correctly, you should be ready to play in less than 15 minutes.
I am unable to download the loader from the setup guide?
One common issue is forgetting to disable Windows Defender. This security program may flag the cheat file as a false positive because of its intended use. Make sure to disable Windows Defender before attempting to use the cheat.
How do i know if my cheat is online?
